Amenity details from City of Ottawa open data (Feb 2019).

A flat puddle rink with no boards, so it's open skating and shinny-free glide rather than anything that keeps a puck in play. The city keeps the ice, and permanent lights mean it works after dark — just lace up at home and dress for the whole visit, since there's no building, washroom or place to warm up.
