Amenity details from City of Ottawa open data (Feb 2019).
Boards and permanent lights make this a spot for evening pickup hockey, with the puddle rink alongside for anyone who'd rather skate away from the pucks. The fieldhouse gives you somewhere to lace up, though there's no washroom, so plan around that. Volunteers look after the ice, so how it's running depends on the weather and who's been out with the hose.
