Amenity details from City of Ottawa open data (Feb 2020).
A boarded rink with lights and a separate puddle pad next to it means hockey and easier skating can happen side by side, right through the evening. The fieldhouse gives you somewhere warm to lace up, with washrooms and a change space, and there's someone on site while it's open. The ice is looked after by community volunteers, and the site isn't wheelchair accessible.
