Boards on one surface and open puddle ice beside it means hockey and easy-going skating don't have to compete, and with permanent lights plus a supervisor on hand, evenings are fair game. The trailer gives you somewhere to lace up, though there's no washroom, so plan around that — and since the ice is looked after by neighbourhood volunteers, conditions follow the weather closely.
