A boarded rink with a puddle alongside means hockey and easy lap-skating can happen at the same time without getting in each other's way, and the seasonal lights plus on-site supervision make evening visits workable. There's a trailer to lace up in, but no washroom and no accessible entry, so plan a shorter stop. Volunteers from the neighbourhood keep the ice going, so conditions follow the weather and their schedule.
