Amenity details from City of Ottawa open data (Aug 2022).
A boarded rink with lights plus a puddle surface alongside means you can get a game going after dark and still have somewhere to skate laps away from the puck. Volunteers from the neighbourhood keep the ice going, so conditions follow the weather and whoever's been out with the hose. There's no building here — no washroom, no place to change — so lace up before you arrive.
