Amenity details from City of Ottawa open data (Feb 2019).
An open sheet of ice with no boards, so it's better suited to gliding laps and beginners finding their feet than to a puck-flying pickup game. Permanent lights plus a fieldhouse where you can lace up and use the washroom make it easy to drop in after dark, though there's no supervision and the neighbours are the ones keeping the ice going — so conditions ride on the weather and whoever last flooded it.
