Boards go up for the season and the lights stay on, so this is the kind of rink where a pickup game can run well past dark, with someone on hand keeping an eye on things. The fieldhouse gives you a warm spot to lace up, though there's no washroom, so plan around that. Volunteers from the neighbourhood look after the ice.
