Amenity details from City of Ottawa open data (Feb 2022).
Boards go up for the season and the lights stay on, so this one works for evening shinny as much as a lazy afternoon lap. It's a community-flooded puddle rink, meaning the ice follows the weather and the volunteers' schedule, though someone's usually on hand while it's open. There's a shelter to lace up in but no washroom, and getting around it isn't barrier-free.
