Boards around one surface and an open puddle rink beside it mean a pickup game and a loop of free skating can happen at the same time, and the permanent lights keep both going after dark. Volunteers from the neighbourhood look after the ice and someone's usually on hand while it's open. There's no washroom or change room here, so come dressed and ready to lace up outside.
