Amenity details from City of Ottawa open data (Dec 2020).

A community-run setup with boards, lights and a fieldhouse, so you can lace up indoors, use a washroom and keep skating well after dark. The separate puddle rink means hockey and free skating don't have to compete for space, and someone's usually on hand while it's open. Note there's no accessible access here.
