A boarded rink with permanent lights means hockey can keep going well after dark, and the adjoining puddle rink leaves room for anyone who just wants to skate in circles. The city looks after the ice, but there's no building here at all — no washroom, no place to change — so plan on lacing up at the car and heading home when you're done.
