Two surfaces mean hockey and plain skating don't have to compete for the same ice, and with boards and lights up for the season you can keep playing after dark. The fieldhouse gives you a warm spot to lace up and a supervisor on hand, though there's no washroom and no accessible route in — and since volunteers flood the ice, conditions follow the weather and their schedule.
