Amenity details from City of Ottawa open data (Dec 2020).

A boarded rink with lights and a separate puddle surface beside it, so a hockey game and someone just learning to skate can share the night without getting in each other's way. The community building means washrooms and a warm place to lace up, and there's usually someone keeping an eye on things — though volunteers, not the city, look after the ice, so conditions follow the weather and whoever's been out flooding. No accessible access here.
