Amenity details from City of Ottawa open data (Feb 2019).

A community-run setup with a boarded rink for hockey and a puddle rink alongside it, so skaters and players don't have to share ice. Permanent lights and a supervised fieldhouse with washrooms and a place to lace up mean you can plan on an evening visit and stay a while — just note there's no accessible access.
